Debbie Waite is a certified paralegal with more than 20 years of industry experience as a Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs Professional. Her experience includes regulatory oversight for several multi-million dollar product line launches. She is adept at helping clients structure their marketing claims to make the strongest compliant claim possible, and ensuring product warnings are meaningful and concisely worded. With more than 15 years’ MSDS responsibility, the SDS she authors are truly meaningful and compliant without being overly cumbersome. Her attention to detail ensures that product formulations are thoroughly reviewed and packaging artwork is fully compliant and consistent.
Mo Lovelace is a Regulatory Affairs Professional with nearly 20 years of extensive industry experience. Mo is an expert at formulation and packaging compliance, domestic and foreign product registration documentation, and FDA/GMP compliance. Her experience includes regulatory oversight for a wide variety of product lines. Her two degrees, Bachelor of Technology (Manufacturing) and Bachelor of Science (Food), give her a solid knowledge base. Mo knows how to get the job done quickly and correctly, enabling her to service client needs efficiently and expertly.
Maria Dominguez is an enthusiastic cosmetic and topical OTC Regulatory Affairs Professional with regulatory submission and product registration experience in international markets. Maria has completed her Safety Assessor Certification and is now providing clients with Product Safety Assessments. Her background in Dentistry has helped her develop flexibility, attention to detail, creative solutions, and the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds, which led her to get a Certificate in Cosmetic Regulatory Essentials from the Institute of Personal Care Science. With nearly a decade of experience, Maria also provides expert formula/artwork reviews and helps author cosmetic SDS (Safety Data Sheets). She loves being part of the Steinberg team.
Jessica Thomas is a Regulatory Affairs Professional with over 15 years of personal care regulatory experience and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Jessica’s expertise is in global formulation and labeling compliance, product registrations, and claims review and validation support. She has a wide range of experience including Canada OTC product and facility registrations and creation and management of EU Product Information Files. Jessica has successfully helped launch brands in international markets and she is eager to help our clients do the same.
Tracy Wallace is a dedicated Regulatory Consultant with nearly 10 years of experience and has a degree in Computer Information Systems. In her previous career Tracy was a programmer and systems analyst. Her ability to learn quickly, along with her logic and analytical skills have helped her thrive in her second career in the cosmetic regulatory industry. Tracy focuses on authoring cosmetic SDS (Safety Data Sheets), assisting with formula and artwork reviews, helping with a variety of registrations, and being our website administrator. She is excited to be a member of the Steinberg team and brings with her a stellar work ethic and keen attention to detail.
Becky Bellos is new to the regulatory side of cosmetics. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and started her career as a Chemist for a skin care company. From there she went on to serve as a Quality Chemist in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields. Her experience in the lab and attention to detail helped her ease into the regulatory role over 5 years ago. Becky focuses on product registrations/notifications and assisting with formula reviews. She is a valued member of the Steinberg team.
Kaitlyn McEwan is our newest team member and is eager to apply her knowledge to the Steinberg regulatory consulting services. She holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, which has given her a strong understanding of biology and physiology. Her science background and ability to learn quickly have helped her excel in this new role. Kaitlyn has completed the Cosmetic Regulatory Essentials program at the Institute of Personal Care Science and continues to participate in educational webinars/conferences to increase her regulatory expertise. Currently, Kaitlyn helps author SDS and assists with Formula Reviews/Ingredient Listings. She is excited to be a part of the Steinberg team and integrate her skills in assisting clients with their regulatory compliance needs.
